The restaurant is too large for the facilities, hence the food quality suffers.
Sat here right now and 30mins later, still no milkshakes, sat here right now wondering why! They called out numbers that passed ours and now thinking that if it takes over 30mins for a simple milkshake I may get my scampi by Christmas. Terrible service, i will hold out for a few more minutes before creating a scene! Oh wait food just arrived yet still no drinks, this place sucks.
Lovely relaxing place to have an afternoon tea, as they have scrummy homemade cakes, or if your feeling peckish a nice lunch, nice friendly staff with quick efficient service.There are lovely plants to just look out on, & buy.Next door there is an Aquarium, with all sorts of aquatic life & their habitat's to buy. Really interisting to pop in & have a look round.
Lovely ambience. Great outside space. Beautiful cake(have tried before). But a very long wait, for a 2.95 for flavoured tea in a latte glass, would expect a pot for that price. More staff needed, for drink making, then you'd probably would have a smiling work force.
Waited 20 minutes for a coffee and slice of cake.
