Been here twice now, decided on another car from somewhere else for myself but my wife is over the moon with the one she's chosen. Very knowledgeable friendly and non-pushy staff. Highly recommended.
Absolutely disgusted with this company, the way they treat people is abhorrent, new staff on short term contracts, promised promotion, courses, excellent wage prospects, then told a week before the end of probation period, your fired. This is the second time this has happened, why do companies think they can treat people like this.I hope this company/ managers have a tough year ahead!! Regards......
Absolutely dreadful service by the salesman. Every time I spoke to him it cost me more money. Never coming back. If you want a Kia go to another dealership. No reflection on the vehicles, just the salesman.
Earlier in the week I went into the showroom at 9.15 am ready to test drive and place an order. There was no one around so I went into the office where three men were looking at screens. They must have known I was there but I didn't get "Good morning, I will be with you soon" etc., so after a while I walked out. We all lost out.
Not recommended just another car dealer, bought a used venga after two days was not the car for me, had to buy my Rio back which took about a fortnight, and cost me two thousand pound in the process. Apart for free drinks you get the same sort of service from a car lot dealer, they are mean on the part exchange price, Snows and buy any car dot com offer the same price for your car. So don't be taken in by lots of smiles. Been a loyal customer for many years, bought many Kia cars from them, time for me to go else where. May still use them for my mot not made up my mind yet.
