Based in Southampton. Booked the 7.5t box truck. Confirmed via email. Phoned the day before moving to Cumbria to ensure the truck was booked to be told my booking had been cancelled 4 days after the initial booking with no explanation. You do vehicle hire. It's not hard. You really let me down.
